I have been using MFP for about 8 or 9 weeks now. Concurrently I have been doing Jamie Eason's LiveFit Training. AT my school gym we have free classes and I go to one called HIIT High Intensity Interval Traing , it lasts about 25 minutes. The other day I decided to some cardio. I normally use the bike or the elliptical but I decided to run on the track because I hadn't in awhile. I have never in my life even attempted to run 3 miles before but I finished it in 28 minutes. When I checked my heart rate once I stoppped it was at 160. I owe it all to HIIT.

That is AWESOME!!! The last time I walked/jogged the track, I did it for 20 minutes, and was sore for the next 4 days! :laugh:0
