Liver detoxifying juice?

I was on piniterest and got re routed to a Liver detoxifying promo where this guy said you where fat because your liver stores crap!! BASICALLY, long story short!!
I started researching this on the internet and found lots of interesting articles on body fat (primarily hard to loose abdominal fat) and the liver. It seems that if your liver is holding on to horrible toxins whether they are enviromental, food, allergy etc. it cannot flush your system properly and you get a build up in your cells and it accumulates as fat!!! Most things I read agreed that if you didn't get rid of the toxins buy detoxifying your liver you could not get healthy and loose weight, even if you stopped eating badly!!!
This is EXACTLY my problem. I am eating right, exercising and taking care of myself (cut out all sodas and only drinking water), but still can't lose weight quickly and I am at a stubborn plateau.
So I wanted to find out if anyone has tried juicing for liver detoxifying? If so, did it work. Most of the stuff I read on the internet (and the people were not trying to sell anything) said to do yoga, which I just started today, and to drink beet juice but be careful how much you drink!
At this point in time I have eliminated red meat from my diet, I only have lean turkey once in awhile I eat fish and fresh veggies. I am really just trying to eat whole foods and not use any artificial flavorings or preservitives. It's hard, but gonna be worth it in the long run!!
Would really appreciate any input!
