Has anyone done the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD?

I have purchased a million fitness dvds and I do quite well with working out to them at home. I bought the Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD and I was just wanting some opinions on it, if it is ridiculously hard then I don't think I'll keep it.

Just got it last week and completed week one, onto week two tomorrow. Expect to be sore, I was sore for the first three days (my inner thighs were killing me) and then it went away. I have been doing low impact aerobics and continue to do so with her dvd-as I want more cardio. I think it's a great workout b/c it combines exercises resulting in a quicker workout. Good luck!!0

I agree the dvd is good, bur you need more cardio. I was thinking of starting the dvd again. Im just trying to figure out how to fit it into my workout. I think im going to do ripped in 30 in the morning and cardio at night. See how this works. Not sure how to log it in.0

From all of the posts I have seen, people log it as circuit training. And from the research I've attempted on line, the calories seem to be right.0

Please do a search. There are a ton of people doing this tape and other Jillian Michael tapes.
Here's a RI30 group that's starting on Sunday: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/4235-ripped-in-30-through-april

I am finishing up week 4 of RI30. It is as hard as you make it. There are 'beginner' and 'advanced' versions of each exercise and you can choose how heavy your weights are to accommodate your fitness level and goals.0

I started mine last night. I think that I was WAY conservative with it, having heard how hard it is. I've only been working out for 3 weeks, and except for cardio (my Achilles heel), everything else was do-able. I might try Level 1 again tomorrow (Pilates tonight), and up the weights significantly. I also don't feel like there is enough ab/core work, so I might throw in a short session of that.0

I am nearly done with it..thank goodness (in a good way). I lost nearly 7 lbs and a lot of inches. My abs and upper body is more defined. It really broke my plateau that I was experiencing. I considered myself a very intermediate-advanced exerciser prior to doing it. Every day I do it I do additional cardio like 30-45, depending on time, at the gym. Then I go home and do the DVD. It helps a lot. You will not regret it. Yes, it does get tedious at times, but I think you will experience that with any dvd home workout program.0
