I know it doesn't help you right now, but do you have a Whey isolate protein shake after your workout? I have found that if I have one after I workout I am much less sore the next day. I use GNC's Amp 60. It also helps your muscles re-build faster. The Whey isolate is protein broken down into it's smallest form for fast absorbtion.0

A protein shake after my workout really helps with muscle soreness. Since I've started drinking them after lifting, I have only had minor soreness, but nothing like before I was drinking them.0

Thanks everyone
Right now I don't drink any protien shakes but now that I am regularly exercising & strength training may be I need to look into it. Will try some & see if that helps.
