Newb!

Just signed up a few days ago!

I was hoping to get a few friends on here that won't mind yelling at me if the words "Ben and Jerry" appear on the daily log.

I just signed up at a gym and want to loose 30-35lbs. I'm 5'9" 195lbs and recently hit age 30. Lived in central CT for most of my life.
