Looking for 30DS Friends!

I will start this with you. Because of my shoulder injury I cant do much besides simple calisthenics and cardio routines... no weight lifting for me for quite a while.

I did this video 2 months ago and lost 17lbs. I started it again just yesterday so I will do it with you as well.

I have 3 days left of level 3 and then I will be starting my next 30 days, so I am in with ya!

Hows the level 3 stuff? I havent started any of this yet until we begin tonight. Just curious, Im already in physical therapy for my shoulder - I need to prepare myself!

I just did 30DS and finished on Friday.( I loved it) I started it again today. It does get easier and yes stretch a little longer at the end.
