New after hCG

Hi all! I was on here awhile ago and wasn't having luck because of my hypothyroidism. So a few months ago I learned of the hCG diet and how if you do it correctly it resets your hypothaulmus (spelling?). Well, it worked great. I lost 20lbs in about 45 days and have stabilized with eating a variety of foods. I tried to start another round recently and my body just couldn't handle it this time:sad: I got headaches and was hungry (which isn't supposed to happen if your body is ok with the hCG). So, I figured that I would just start here and since I learned so much from the hCG with nutrition and foods, I will use that knowledge to eat healthier and start exercising again in a few weeks!
