If you are adding this to your daily work out 1 time through for time, if this will be your only workout for the day 2-3 times through for time.

Added this challenge to the end of my workout. Completed in 4 minutes and 35 seconds and burned 70 calories. Awesome!0

nice one, this went really well for me as a morning warmup before I bike to work.
I will try to do this every day or every other day for awhile.
