Yep, I hit the scales this morning and I've finally made a 100lb loss!!!!!

I wish I'd had this determination 20 years ago, but I was too busy raising 4 children then to look after myself as well - still, better late than never, and I DO have 4 wonderful kids and a lovely hubby, who I will have been married to for 25 years next week!!!!!!

    Absolutely wonderful news. Triple digits. I don't even know you can I am so proud of you. How awesome is that!!!!! You did it. Keep up the good work. Like you I waited a lifetime. Now it is my turn. I'm on week one and I hope to reach my goal by this time next year. 57 lbs and maybe more......

    We're having afternoon tea with all my children at my second oldest Daughter's house tomorrow and really looking forward to that, then on our anniversary we may go up to London to see a show - but at the end of April we're off to Turkey for a week, so lots of dieting to be done before we go away to counteract what I'm sure I'll gain while on holiday!
