Keen to have more people with similar goals as friends..always good to see what other people are doing and take a bit here or there!
And to the girls, obviously <10% is almost deadly for you but same dealski if you've got similar goals!

what is a healthy body fat percentage for women????
I believe that anything below 12% for a woman is bad!0 -
for men essential body fat is 3-5% and woman is 8-12% . you should aim a little higher than that and take into consideration your age and fitness level. an athletic woman would be around 12-14%. my goal is under 15, so another 6 to go. that number is a lot bigger than it sounds!0

Below 23% is classed as underfat believe it or not.
Body fat percentage is totally different for men and women.0
