I use Clean on Me by Soap and Glory to cleanse my body. It smells great!
  • Try raspberry ketones. It deflates the fat cells.

I like having a fresh minty feeling in my bunghole/colon, so I go for wintergreen or spearmint and never cinnamon.
  • I use a nutritional, full body cleanse. Your body gets the nutrients and gets rid of the toxins.

Water is best but there is a recipe on pinterest going around that is

60 oz distilled water + 1 tablespoon all natural cranberry juice + 1 dandelion root tea bag+ 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Drink every day for 7 days (works as an all natural diuretic). (this is not a fast, just a drink along with your regular eating habits).
  • Opps. Sorry, you were looking for a cleanser

    This. And fiber.

Always go for fresh fruit and veg before you resort to something that at best does nothing that wholesome food and water won't do, and at worst strips the healthy flora from your gut, causing you even more problems.

Water, fruits and veggies, high fiber, etc... works for me.

This one is my favorite: http://www.renewlife.com/total-body-cleanse.html

But also green tea, cranberry, and dandelion root are helpful in flushing your system.

    Drink water, water, water.

    Best wishes :flowerforyou:

Just because a quack on TV who is paid to promote a product says so, does not make their claims true. There's a lot of middle aged women doing the "raspberry ketone thing" and there is still an obesity epidemic last time I checked.

    I assume you are asking about a cleanse--like a colon cleanse--not a cleanser--like soap--right?

blame that on Dr. Oz, that is the raspberry ketone thing he gets paid on the side for pushing people into buying strange crap

Chewing cardamom is good for gas etc...

As is caraway seeds - they are very good for ingestion issues

    peppermint tea is good also

do you eat a lot of dairy? that is a big cause for bloating

Keep things organic. Eat fiber and drink water. Then, wash your poop chute. With whatever.

^^This as well as fiber, drink a bottle of prune juice and eat fruit, the best cleanser out there is prune juice.
Your body cleanses it's self fine on it's own, no need for nasty chemicals.

I just see alot of people saying it jump starts your weight loss with a body cleanse first....idk just wondering but the bloating is my biggest concern. I am not big on dairy, I rarely even drink milk, cheese is not the healthiest think for you so I try my best to stay away from it also.

I get the one by Applied Nutrition Costco. Beware, there are LOTS of ones that do not work well or have just a teeny bit of acia in them so they can say they are.

If you do not have a Costco in your area, you can get it here: http://www.amazon.com/Applied-Nutrition-14-day-Cleanse-56-Count/product-reviews/B001U0OZXC

Just a warning, you only do these things every 6 months or so,it is not health to do them all the time. If you want some help with digestion, you can get some Digest Gold enzymes plus probiotics that help with gas and bloating after you eat.

I also want to suggest that you start these pills the night before you do not have to do anything or be anywhere early the next day. Everyone reacts differently but lets just say the first 2 days for me, I am glad I am near a bathroom. Now dont get me wrong, its not like that colonoscopy movie prep or anything, your gut wont explode, but you will want to see how your body reacts before you go try to sit in church for 3 hours or something. :)

Ok yea I may not even need the cleanse if I can stop the bloating with what you suggested. This will be my first time ever even trying to cleanse so yea I dont plan on ever doing this again.
