By VOLUME, muscle weighs about 20% more than fat. And you can't replace fat with muscle in a few weeks. It takes lots of strengthening workouts and protein to build muscle. Muscle doesn't automatically replace fat when you are dieting. You can firm up muscle so your body appears leaner and your measurements smaller, but *building* muscle is a whole nether story.

Exactly!!! The fact that I could even get up and walk around while carrying around several of those on the bottom shelf is staggering. :frown:0 -

Now THAT is an excellent idea! The fridge...the pantry... in the wallet...lol....Ishy....lol.... While inspiring how many of those nasty blobs I have lost..... discouraging. How many are to go.....*sigh*....though I know I am gaining muscle without a doubt....since I keep dropping sizes.0 -
