I have heard so many good things about these pills from Oprah, Rachel Ray, Dr. Phil even . . . I am picking them up after work today to try them. Has anyone tried these??:flowerforyou:

none of these people are registered dietitians or medical doctors and therefore can give nothing more than testimonials. If you go to your doctor and he/she tells you that this is a valid, proven product then I would say you can think about it.
I'll say this though, take a long hard look at cleanses before you use one. They are not the answer if you're looking for weight loss, and there are scams upon scams out there. Make sure, before you put anything like this in your body, that it's going to actually do something good for you and not harm you.0 -
i drink acai berry juice. i don't buy Monavi (sp?) I just get it at Publix. Its got a good amount of vitamins and antioxidants in it but its not a miracle drink.0
