Just bought my first powder protein shake

Ok, so now what? I made a shake with frozen fruits (mixed fruit) and cream cheese. It's what I had, and it tasted really good. I was wondering about other recipes/ ideas.

possibilities are endless - fruit smoothies, over cereal, in baking etc.

Will probably be more restricted by the flavour you got rather than combinations - I, for example, have a cookies & cream one and I'm not tempted to mix that in with fruits. haha.

Love this one and it's under 300 calories:

    3/4 cup vanilla almond milk
    1/2 cup fage yogurt
1 scoop of Jillian's vanilla whey protein
1 cup of raw spinach (don't taste it a bit!)
    1/4 cup of blueberries
2 frozen strawberries or 1/4cp of frozen mango chunks, or half frozen banana
