Hey
Looking for some calculation advice
So I started 5 weeks ago at 15st 11lbs and I am now 14st8.5lbs
To me that is 16.5lbs overall but when I am calculating it if seems as though I have lost only 2.5lbs this week????
I went from 15st to 14 st8.5lbs this week can someone confirm this as 5.5lbs off this week? Xx

there's 14 pounds in a stone, not 10 (which seems to be your calculation problem)0

15st would be 210lbs
14st 8.5lb would be 204.5
5.5lb lost
ETA: congrats, btw!!0 -
Hi there,
15st 11lbs = 221lbs (15 x 14lbs = 210 , plus 11lbs = 221)
14st 8.5lbs = 204.5lbs (14 x 14lbs = 196, plus 8.5lbs = 204.5)
221 - 204.5 = 16.5 lbs lost, in total.
That's blumin brilliant in 5 weeks
Hope that helps :-)0 -
Thanks :-)
I am so determined right now and I have been working really hard :-). X0
