hey everyone new tp this starting out looking for some tips on losing 10 pounds struggling on 1200 cals workout 4 times week...... thanks

    I'm new too, and my goal is 1200 cals/day as well. I think that if we make sure that we log all of our foods and stick with working out - it should work! Good luck to you!!

    my experience is that when you only have 10-15 pounds to lose, 1200 calories seems to be to low. if you find that you are unable to lose the weight, then the first thing i would recommend would be to bump your calories at least to your bmr.

    definitely make sure you eat your exercise calories
