It's the small milestones that really make this journey wort

I started MFP a few weeks ago and so far I have lost 12 pounds! I am feeling so great! Another major milestone just happened- I jogged for 20 minutes straight without even being winded! That is the first time in my whole life I have been able to do that! I couldn't be prouder :smile:

I would love to provide encouragement for people, so please add me if you would like to! I would love to have some new friends on here!

    I was just posting something that said about this same thing... that it's the small things that are often the biggest!

    Way to go on your 12 pounds and on increasing your endurance. What an accomplishment! Aside from losing the weight and the health benefits you are gaining, it just feels darn good. What a day brightener!
