found this on Sparkpeople. I was a little skeptical but the reviews convinced me to give it a try. So glad I did! Delicious!

4-4oz pork chops
24 oz diet soda (I used Coke Zero)
2 cups BBQ sauce

combine all ingredients in a deep skillet. Cook on med-high heat for 45 minutes covered. Turn the chops every 10-15 minutes. They are done when the soda evaporates.

I had them with Mock Mashed Potatoes and some broccoli w/ cheese. super yummy :)

    Hello from Chicago!
Thanks for this recipe. Always looking for recipes for pork chops (and spinach). Will make this next time, and will let you know.

Sounds good, wonder what I can use instead of diet soda? Not a fan.

How about apple juice or cider? Would need to adjust calories...

The recipe did not specify. I like Stubbs. It is very good and only has 30 calories per serving.
