Heres a workout ive just spotted on Tumblr.
`Get a pack of playing cards.
Spades=Pushups,Hearts=Crunches, Diamonds=Squats, Clubs=Jumping Jacks Jokers=2 mile run.
6 of Spades= 6 Pushups.
Split pack in half and go through both.
Burn 600 Calories! xD
Credits go to Self magazine!! `
Has anyone ever tried this? I think im guna try it tomorrow

the army used to do this sort of thing. not sure if they still do, this was probably about 10 years ago.0
