You came into a post in the Success forum and attacked a poster. If you felt she was shilling stuff report the post.
Seriously people if the OP wanted advice she would have asked for it. This is the Success forum not the Food and Nutrition forum or the General forum. I'm not a fan of people starving themselves but in this forum either celebrate their success or don't post! There's nothing worse than being SO excited over a weight loss only for people to start making negative comments.
OP congratulations on your weight loss! It's a great start. Do look at eating more but try it gradually. I promise your body will thank you in the long term!0 -

i just read the first page of comments and I have to say it makes me sad. You are posting because you are happy with your results. That's part of what this forum is for. Positive comments or helpful advice would be the most appropriate as a comment. Just know that if you decide to share your accomplishments, you will have to ignore the bad and focus on the good of people on here. There are a LOT of supportive people who are great motivators. Good luck on your journey! Sounds like you are realistic and also a sweet person. And as for the caloric intake, listen to your doctor or start researching why it is recommended to NOT go under 1200 calories a day. Best wishes0

I have to give you kudos on your weight loss journey. Although people may be critical of your methods, you have to do what is best for you as long as you are not damaging your body. Every person is different. What works for me may not work for you and vice versa. I woudl love to add you as you are what I need to keep myself on track!!! Keep on going and take your strides with pride!0

No disrespect intended - but this is an incredibly dangerous diet and should in no way be encouraged.
I agree. Especially this part:I find it very amazing that you do not get hungry on this diet and how you can drop your calorie intake so low and your body doesn't go into starvation because the vitamins make the body think it is still getting all that it needs.
Vitamins are not a substitute for a balanced diet. I'm glad the OP is feeling poitive and encouraged about losing weight but I worry she's going about it in an unhealthy and unsustainable way.0 -
So I take it you are fishing for people to buy your supplements? I also am assuming you are talking 11 lbs of fecal matter that you have lost via taking said supplements?
I really hope people are smart enough to not fall for this stuff.

You know what boggles my mind...that someone is excited and new on this journey and wants to share that with other people...and she gets criticized immediately on selling products and not eating enough...cmon ya'll seriously?!! :flowerforyou:

that doesn't seem to healthy, mayb if you did a clense and didn't drink alot of water and ate no food, stay near your calorie goal, exercising is the trick, you lose more fat burning it off and eating healthy than starving your body and taking pill. not saying thats your case, but still, its possible you could check the scale in a few days and have gained 5 or more pounds, weight fluxuates,
