So what's best for toning belly/hips/thighs/bum? These are my area's i need to work on. Help!!

  • Hi depends on your current level of fitness. Cardio is essential for burning calories and if you can get some strength training in to tone your butt and thighs at the same time you can kill 2 birds with one stone. I'll message you some more info!

    Jillian Michaels' has a dvd called 6 week 6 pack that I think would help with those areas.
