    You look fantastic. I did the numbers at that site and according to the numbers, I should be eating almost 2000cals a day!
    That seem like so much! I am averaging 1200 a day.
    This is a completely different concept than I am used to. You really eat 1700 per day and are losing?

    Thanks for sharing. I am down 60 pounds from my highest weight with 40 pounds to go to my ultimate goal weight. Some days are harder than others.....you are an encouragement to keep going.
