I love seeing the progress I've made in a short time.. Bootcamp was a big struggle the first time, now I'm universally regarded as a Beast. Plus I love the exhausted high when I'm done.0

too many things to list as there is not just one! lets see, the way I look now from weight lifting, ab muscles, tricep muscles, more sex!, better sex!, the way I feel after finishing a workout, the weight loss, the endorphin rush, the stress relief after hitting the punching bag, the list goes on and on! oh and especially the fact that I love my legs now!0

If I don't work out my body is so uncomfortable. I still stretch on rest days but it just doesn't do it for me. lol So I love the feeling after I work out I just feel really stretched out and gooooood. I get really irritated on rest days, luckily I only have one a week. LOL0

When I am dripping sweat, soaked, and get that exhausted but fresh feeling in the lungs. It's hard to describe but I'm sure some of you know what I mean.0
