Just an update of my journey! Started november 2011 at 196 lbs and now i am at 176 lbs!! Been a slow but steady journey!

    You look GREAT. What is it about weigh loss (and you are a prime example of this) that makes people look so young?!?

    Lose a lb and look a year younger? That means I will look like a foetus again I am finished :)

    Thank you everyone!! londanfudd4ev: I have just been walking a lot at work *i work at a daycare* and counting calories. My calorie intake is 1600 and if i am hungry that day more than usual i eat back my exercise calories too. I don't do a whole lot of exercising really but I need to so i can speed this weight loss up! :)

    Lol I have always looked a lot younger than what i really am but i know what you mean!
