Mojito Salad

I came up with this combination the other night. I enjoyed it so much that I wanted to share it!

Mojito Salad

1-1/2 cups chopped raw spinach
1/4 cup diced apple (I used gala)
1/4 cup red seedless grapes - halved
1/4 cup diced celery
1/4 cup thinly sliced cucumber (optional)
1/8 cup fresh mint - chopped

dressing:
1/2 tsp warm honey
juice from 1 lime

***warm honey prior to combining with lime juice - important as it enhances the flavor of the mint. This dressing ratio can be altered to suit your taste. Toss dressing with above ingredients, and voila, you have a salad that is reminiscent of one of my favorite summer time beverages!!!

    Im new to this site and dont know if you are allowed to post calories (on Weight watchers we couldnt post points on discussions) but do you have the calorie amount for this? thanks!
