Thanks to my first super-low-sodium day in a while, I'm down 1.5 pounds today. I'm expecting some of this 10 pounds to come off pretty quickly, but the full 10 will put me one pound below my lowest weight since I've started. I'm so glad I jumped in on this challenge! I needed it.
