    How did u do it and how long did it take. My starting weight was 235, so far im down 15lbs but im getting really discouraged ready to give up. April will be my 4th month exercising.....PLEASE HELP!!!

    Making mini monthly goals kept me going. Never thought in a million years that I'll be under 200lbs after so many failed attempts.
