    I've decided I don't care for the word 'journey' to describe what I've done to get back in shape.

    I prefer the term 'cruise'.

    That is all.

    Your weight loss is inspiring. I like your way of thinking, for now I will stick with journey, felt better than challenge. =)

    I don't love "journey" either but I am verrrrry jealous of anyone whose experience with all this stuff can be described as a "cruise," haha.

    That's funny. I saw a friend of my husband's over the weekend and she said, "You look good, have you lost weight?" And I sort of looked down at myself and then said, "No, I think I'm just dressed better." LOL. Of course, later I said to my husband, "I guess if I'm gonna do this I'm going to have to come up with a more eloquent reply than that." He recommended, "Thank you."
