Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Yes
Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes
What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Started running again, albeit only 10 minutes and walked the other 10. Also, second day of staying away from artificial sweeteners.
What would I have done differently?
Not eaten the veggie chips, although I was craving the salt.
What is today's personal goals?
Get in some sort of exercise and stock up on more fresh fruits and vegetables.

I made myself go for my 3 mile walk straight after work even though I was so not in the mood and I brought my 19month old dd with me in the pushchair so as to give me a harder workout and boys did she do that, its quite tough pushing the best part of 2stone in front of ya:laugh:
What would you have done differently?
I wish I had have made myself do my muscle excercises on my Wii after my walk

Go for my walk again with dd in pushchair and stay within my points, I can hear the MGD calling me already for when I do sit down to relax later on tonight:noway:0 -

did 60 minutes of step in the am ... and stayed to do a few more lunges

no potato chips, less cheese

Get in some sort of exercise (mowing? or stationary bike) make better food choices

Ride bike had the courage to post all those icky calories. I usually just give up cause I don't want to see "failure"

Where to start? No pop, beer, tenderloin.
