i work on an average weekly net, so I factor it in my allowance (and advance plan it if I know I'm in for a big one. So that might mean more exercise / eating less on a couple of days so there's a bit of a buffer with calories for the weekend). I have however tried to limit my drinking to 2 days a week (Fri and Sat nights with wine), because as I've found, it really does ad up.
I've actually been able to get around having some quite big meals with alcohol (eg 3 courses plus wine) and still lose weight this way.0 -
I also try to opt for slightly lower calorie choices with drinks - eg white wine has lower calories than red wine or beer.0
