sorry my topic is : IF YOU EAT CLEAN ON A REGULAR BASIS DO YOU START TO FEEL QUEASY AFTER EATING PROCESSED OR GREASY FOODS ?
I don't know if it just me , but i feel like its my body telling me I shouldn't be eating that . This has has happened to me a few times I think its my body telling me something , because when i stick to my normal eating habits i have so much energy and feel amazing I'm going to stick to my clean eating i e fresh fruits , vegetables, grain fed, organic meats and make healthy versions of the foods I like .

Happened to me too! Plus, I'm prone to heartburn and it came back with a vengeance when I ate junk.0

Yes....
i eat clean and I eat on a lower carb/sugar scale...when I do indulge in something non clean (i.e. have added flavorings, chemicals, etc...) I feel icky...when I have something with a lot of sugar (like when I ate a slice of my husband birthday cake) I feel sick to my stomach 1/2 later....
Part of it is some people have intolerances to certain foods/levels of stuff...so if you clean out your diet to get rid of a lot of the processed foods and what not...you may find if you add something back in and have a reaction that is your bodies way fo saying "hold on I don't like this"...
A lot of things like heartburn or acid reflux or belly aches and such all are reactions to food we eat...things like headaches can also signal an intolerance to things...intolerances to food can make you run down and tired...a lot of times people downplay what their body is trying to tell them and blame stress, not sleeping enough, etc... as the basis of how they feel and rarely ever think that the food they eat could be causing issues...Now some people are well aware of what certain foods do their body and continue to eat anyway...My co-worker is one of those people...she is pre-diabetic and has a whole host of other issues - some of which could be remedied by her eating habits but her outlook is "I'll eat what i want and take the medicines my Dr prescribes" (which leads to other side effects...)
The above is one reason why when people first start to cut processed foods out of their system they can get headaches and feel groggy because their body is cleansing itself of all the buildup of crap over the years....and then once they have been eating that way for a bit of time they can find they have a lot more energy or those antacid pills they popped like M&M's they dont' need to anymore...0
