What is a good exercise to help me get my thighs smaller? I am now getting my waist back and I could probably begin to fit into my old clothes but they seem to be getting stuck on my hips. I am already doing Zumba 2-3 times a week and I have some other exercises I do ie. situps, pushups, jumping jacks, burpees, wall sit, high knees, and squats.

I have always had larger thighs and claves so this isn't unusual but I would like to firm them up more so I can loose some of the handles that are there...

Thanks in advance for the advice.

Don't have any advice but keep doing what you are doing and maybe at weights or squates. Mine have really toned up from Insanity but they bigger than I want. I am starting to love my muscular legs but I was so excited to lose 0.5 in from my calves and thighs this week.

I have the same issue. I am taking measurements and it is finally slowly leaving my hips/thighs. This is 10lbs in. My waist isn't move much anymore though but thay could be TOM issues.

You can't spot reduce. You can certainly strengthen them with things like squats - but the fat will come off the way it wants to.

I've got the same issue. I once heard a swimming pool analogy that made sense. Think of your body like a pool. You have to drain the shallow end before the deep end. For me that means all extra fat from the waist up has too come off before the thighs have significant changes.

Just keep up the exercise and you'll see results.

LOVE thin analogy. I am so stealing it :)

I have found that my yoga gives me the best weight loss and strengthening in my stomach and thighs, also walking/jogging.

Im biased, but I recommend pole fitness. Toned and built my thighs, I went for being able to adduct 35 to 55kg in a matter of weeks. :)

I am doing the 200 squats program. http://www.twohundredsquats.com/

My thighs seem to approve, they are down 2 inches (and I have had big ones since I don't know age 7).

I'm losing fairly evenly from everywhere.

Also, walk fast. If you get your stride right, you'll really notice it in your inner thighs.
