    LOVE this one. I will say this to myself when I am doing my interval training! I want so badly to be able to jog for more than a minute without gasping for air. Not their yet, but this will hopefully push me to go a little bit longer before switching to a brisk recovery walk.

    Even better idea, I need this to come through my headphones as back ground noise?? :happy:

    Whenever I am in the middle of something (exercise) that is getting intense and I want to quit....an RPM class.....an exercise video.....a 5K run. I figure about how much time I have left...and I remind myself. "Amy - you can endure ANYTHING for XX minutes"

    If it's just something else crappy I'm trying to get through..stressful day....toddler tantrums......some event I don't want to go to..."THIS TOO SHALL PASS"

    And if I'm trying to talk myself out of eating something delicious that will blow my diet. Well hell - I don't have anything for that. Which is why the scale isn't budging lately. Need to go through and read all these and get steal some for that. :)
