Today's challenge is:
Jumping Jacks - 200
Crunches - 75
Sit-ups - 25
Do as many as you can and you can do them any style you want.
The important thing is that you try to so them.
My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics.

Done all bar 50 crunches, my baby kept crawliing on me so had to stop will do them after tonights 30 day shred.0

will try the churches and sit ups if I don't go to the gym. can't do the jumping jacks today though as my knees are killing me and at the moment has me laying on the sofa in pain.0

Me and the girl that works out with me in my garage did it as our warm up.
I did it in 6:27 and she did it in 10:47.
Do you guys time these things? We time everything so three months down the road we can repeat them and see if we get a faster time!0 -
