30 DS- looking for low impact dvd for "off" days

Im just starting level 2 of the 30 day shred and am having knee pain. I know that I shouldn't overdo it, so I'd like to do a lower impact alternative on days my knees are hurting. I love the intensity of the shred and would like a good workout without the impact on the knees. Any suggestions?

    I like doing the Richard Simmons (either Sweatin' to the Oldies or Dance Your Pants Off) when I can't face another day of Jillian Michaels and just want a bit of a break. It's low impact and I find him (and the outfits some of the people are wearing) kind of entertaining. :p

    Thanks Niki- I may have to order that one ;) Any other suggestions? I tried Self: bikini ready FAST today and it was too easy for my taste. I love that the shred makes me feel like I just had my a** kicked. Anything else like that, but easier on the knees?
