    I have been plateaued around 135 for a good few month now, frustrated :(. Anyone has the same situation?

    5 ft 7.5", CW: 236, GW: 150ish. I'll re-evaluate it when i get closer, but I have a large bone structure, so 150 might make me look emaciated. IDK! We'll see how it goes!

    Me too!! That's why 147 is the limit for me! Any smaller and I look like a bobble head!

    LOL.... yeah, I'd be a bobblehead too - I've seen me do it ONCE. :-) 155 is my goal weight. I'm also large framed, wide shoulders, etc.

    Hey.. I had to pull out the converter on this one as I am an Aussie girl hear who only knows kgs lol. So I am 5'7 and currently weigh 73.5kg or 162 my goal is 152 or 69kg as i have been lower than this and everyone started commenting i looked to thin plus its easier to maintain. Good luck with your weight loss journey :)

    I'm 5'7" curvy & broad shoulders... hate button up shirts, they make me feel like im hulking out and will bust out the back of the shirt. lol

    Goal weight: 140!

    I am trying to decide between keeping 140 as my goal weight and try to lose fat and not weight with strength training, or changing my goal to 135.

    I am quite happy around 140 though!!

    I did a wrist measurement test and I have a small frame, so the healthy range for me would be 123-136. So right now according to this I am over weight, which would make sense because even though I am perfectly heathly as far as the BMI chart goes I still have some chub :). My goal is to be perfectly in the middle of the healthy range:) But ultimately I would like to be at the lower end, although based on how muscular I am, I am not too sure this would look good. One pound at a time :)

    First Goal to be less than 200 for the first time in many years!

    GW = 161 (11 and a half stone)
    UGW = 140 (10 stone)

    It's a lonely journey but MFP definitely helps and just started training to do a 5k in 6 months time.
