Want to cook something that looks and taste impressive but need some help. Can anyone help me with something easy and healthy to make for a dinner party for two.

(Cannot afford heaps of fancy ingredients either)

thanks everyone

I just did a stir fry last night...hard to screw up! Just buy the veggies you want, add the protein (I did teriyaki marinated tofu, and a bit of chicken), and stir fry it up in some olive oil/light soy sauce! I also added some garlic powder and ginger powder to taste, and some crushed red pepper for a kick. It turned out so good, and was actually pretty darn healthy, after I logged everything! Trader Joe's has an already-mixed stir fry veggie bowl you can buy, all fresh.
