plateau help, please

I'm kind of new here...I've been doing this for about 8 weeks and think I hit a plateau 3 weeks ago (I haven't lost or gained). I'm very good about logging my food and exercise. I exercise 5 - 6 times a week and normally stay within 100 calories of my 1200 goal, I do eat my calories earned for exercise....any thoughts or tips?

    Yes eat more for a week or 2, change your foods and type of exercise. Then resume the plan. Worked for me

    You're just at a weight loss stall. Increase your calories by 20%. See how you do.

    Things that helped me:
    1. Time (I know, I know it sucks!) but I was stuck for a good month but just waiting it out did work
    2. Up-ing my protein, but I know since your my buddy that you are already good with that
    3. Eating more, here and there (and of course with in reason)
    4. Switching up the work outs

    I hit a wall too and it sucks but everyones advice is really helpful.
