I hope this works I have never uploaded pictures. I wanted to share my progress so far as I am so inspired daily by everyone here at MFP.
I started this journey on July 25th 2011. I have not had the fast success that others have but I have had success non the less. Its just very slow. I am okay with that. I take it one day at a time.

The first photo was about 260 or so pounds (size 22) The second is my current weight of 208 (16)
