YUM...sounds great, gonna try this! Thanks! btw, what is a serving size for the 200 calories?0

I make this on a regular basis, only mine is six can. No olives and instead of 2 cans of broth, I use 1 broth and 1 cream of chicken. My husband loves the stuff.0

I might do the same sub, Amy, but add mushrooms instead of olives.0

bump! Might change olives to something else though. Maybe roasted peppers or something.0

Would the calorie count be less if you used baked tortilla chips, reduced fat cheese, and light or fat free sour cream? This sounds heavenly.!0

Yes but I will not sacrifice taste for calories. (said in food snob voice) :blushing:0

Can chicken is precooked. I believe everything in a can has to be precooked in order to not get food poisoning. I have eaten canned chicken. It tastes pretty good and is great for quick fix recipes like this. I also keep all ingredients stocked in case I signed up for pot luck and forgot or unexpected house guest show up.0
