Not losing weight?

So at the beginning when I started dieting I was losing quite a bit of weight. Now 2 weeks in I am stuck at the same weight for 3 days. Why is this happening? I didn't change my exercise or my work out.

    You are weighing yourself too often, stalling for just three days is nothing. Over the course of a week my weight fluctuates up and down but overall over a week I will have a loss thus I only weigh myself once a week.

    Eating salty foods can cause water retention, and it will take several days to lose the water: litre of water weighs a kilogram.

    Yeah, I agree. I do not consider it a plateau unless it lasts longer than a week. As long as you are making weekly progress, you are headed in the right direction. It is a process that takes time. There are no short cuts. :smile:
