Today marked the anniversary of being here on MFP for 100 days and thought I would share my results.
On December 28, 2011: I weighed 251 pounds, had a BMI of 33.6, and a Body Fat % of 32.2. Less than 100 days later, I weigh 204.4 pounds, lave lost over 21" from my body measurements, have a BMI of 27.9 and a Body Fat % of 26.2.
If I can make these changes you can too...
My starting point:

I'm definitely smiling more now. In addition to the weight, I've seen:
- My high blood pressure has disappeared
- My snoring and sleep apnea nearly gone
- I can fit into a 36" waist pants, when I was getting ready to grow out of my 40's
- I've got so much more energy that carries over into everything I am doing
- I feel a need to workout every day, and if I don't I feel antsy (this coming from being sedentary for years
- I am nearly at my lowest weight since 2001.
And like I said... we're just getting started.0 -
AMAZING!!!!! such an insperation0

Thanks! You can do it too! The funniest part about this has been the transformation of my attitude toward exercise and fitness. I love it for me, but I've also become passionate about helping others improve their lives as well.0
