Prep:

Wash everything
cut ends and skin off kiwi, then quarter
quarter cucumber and broccoli stem
break broccoli floret into small enough pieces to fit in the chute
Taste: Sweet and green

quarter beets (beet juice is a hell of a stain btw)

My fav juicing recipes are here: http://www.rillsmenu.com/p/juice-recipes.html

I probably spend an extra $15-20 per week in groceries to make 1-2 large juices per day for me and my hubby.

"Super Vitamin Juice" as my 7 year old calls it:

    2 Oranges
    1 Apple
    2 Carrots

this is a favorite with my kids -- the proportion above makes about 2 cups.... cures any cold!
