Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
YES

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
YES

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
Stayed within my calories and exercised (walked for 45 minutes) And the best of all... I AM NO LONGER OBESE!!!! 197 this morning... yippee!!!!

What would I have done differently?
Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Log calories and exercise

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    stayed under my calories and mowed the lawn for 40 minutes

    What would I have done differently?
    more water

    What is today's personal goals? big exercise day ... 105 minutes tonight, don't eat all my exercise calories

    Yes, but more out of luck than anything.

    Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
    No, didn't chart until this morning.

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of?
    Went to the gym despite the fact that I really wanted to dive into a bowl of chocolate.

    What would I have done differently?
    Journaled my emotions yesterday because I know yesterday (and today) are being driven by my emotional eating. My husband actually took my keys when I was going to go get a candy bar. He lovingly told me that wasn't what I wanted to make me feel better. I just wish I could have done that on my own, but greatful he did it anyway.

    Completed both of my workouts (morning and night) and charted everything!!

    Check my calorie count a little more before eating some of the things!!:noway:
