Don't understand my body...

So I have been working on myself since January 1st and am super proud of my lose so far, but I am also getting really down on my numbers lately...

I am trying to deal with a new gluten free diet, so for the most part I am eating chicken/fruits/gluten free English muffins/yogurt. So I now that I am not taking in too much saturated fat or anything like that. I barely do processed, so I don't think I have a problem with sodium.

So I lose a few pounds one week, then I either stay the same or gain a pound or two for two weeks or so. So I keep changing my calories/exercises to try to fix things. But I am really tired of gaining. I am never over my calories, I never pig out on anything, I workout at least 4 days a week, usually doing EA Sports Active 2, so it isn't an easy exercise!

Any suggestions of what I can do?

don't be disheartened sweet pea! your body is more than likely just getting used to the new diet you are living by. it can take a wee bit of time to settle in your system. keep at it tho- you will see the results, if you feel like you are struggling remeber, it's mathmatical! if you eat less calories than you burn you will loose weight, slowly and safely. x
