Don't understand my body...

So I have been working on myself since January 1st and am super proud of my lose so far, but I am also getting really down on my numbers lately...
I am trying to deal with a new gluten free diet, so for the most part I am eating chicken/fruits/gluten free English muffins/yogurt. So I now that I am not taking in too much saturated fat or anything like that. I barely do processed, so I don't think I have a problem with sodium.
So I lose a few pounds one week, then I either stay the same or gain a pound or two for two weeks or so. So I keep changing my calories/exercises to try to fix things. But I am really tired of gaining. I am never over my calories, I never pig out on anything, I workout at least 4 days a week, usually doing EA Sports Active 2, so it isn't an easy exercise!
Any suggestions of what I can do?

don't be disheartened sweet pea! your body is more than likely just getting used to the new diet you are living by. it can take a wee bit of time to settle in your system. keep at it tho- you will see the results, if you feel like you are struggling remeber, it's mathmatical! if you eat less calories than you burn you will loose weight, slowly and safely. x0
