    Hey,

Im 5ft4 but sneaking in :)

    my starting weight was 228lbs
    Current weight is 211.5lbs
    Goal weight is 168

At the end of the day i will never be conventionally skinny or in a healthy bmi, i have "big bones" and tend to carry my weight well... I was really happy at 168 6 years ago, curvy and gorgeous lol! So thats my aim back to that!

    I am 5'5.5"

    SW- 205
    CW-160.8
    GW-145 but I'll settle for 155

My before pic shows me at 145 lbs in 2004, and 205 a few days before I started MFP. (the best thing I ever did)

When I watch shows like the biggest loser I always wonder how tall the contestants are because even when they are my weight they either look way thinner or way heavier. So it's nice to see pics of others my height and sharing their weight.

You can do it! I am 5'5.5" and I will be 44 on Saturday and I started MFP in May 2011 and have lost 44 lbs. It's hard for our age group to lose like the younger people.

I am big boned, and have a very big bum (which I want to keep) lol! I've heard for our height for women who like to have thicker thighs and some junk, around 145-155 can be just perfect! I think 160 is a great goal (mine is 155.) Then when you get to it, you can decide if you like your body that way, or if you want to loose more. I think anything from 130 is possible, but that might not be what your happy with!

I think I'm over 150 in the first picture (?) not really sure. Around 142 in the second, and around 140 in the third. Just goes to show what heavy lifting will do for you. I focus on body fat percentage not weight.
