I'm trying so hard!!

I have been trying to lose weight by dieting and exercise and its been 2 weeks and I did't lose any weight. I can't understand what i'm doing wrong? Any input would be helpful.

    Are you eating all your calories-even the ones you need to eat from exercise
    are you drinking lots of water
    are you overdoing the sodium
    Have you tried to take measurements??
    You may be losing inches. Be patient and read this

    Are you measureing yourself too? If not you need to start, you may see improvments that way

    don't give up! you may step on the scale tomorrow and be 2 pounds down. That's how it works for me sometimes.

    Thanks to all of you that responded. I really don't drink enough water. Maybe thats the problem. I will start drinking more.

    Don't give up! You can do it! Sonmetimes it takes a week or two for your body to adjust and loose the water weight! Keep going!
