Hi there...could you tell us how many calories in each...how many carbs, fats, sodium, etc?? ty in advance
You made me curious so I went to the original website which had no nutritional info so I quickly entered the recipe in under my recipes. For a quick estimate:

Yield 6 with Protein Powder ( I entered it with peanut butter)
195 calories, 17 carbs, 9g fat, 13g protein per brownie Popsicle

    Yield 6 without protein powder
    120 calories, 13 carbs, 6g fat, 5g protein.

It didn't see any estimate for sodium. Hope this helps.

You're a gem!! ty so much for finding that info for me....I think I'll forego the protien powder...a little less calories..

I am always seeing pumpkin puree used in dessert recipes. Can you not taste the pumpkin at all? I like pumpkin but can't imagine it mixing too nicely with a chocolate flavour.

You can't taste the pumpkin at all. I've made chocolate muffins (well cupcakes really) using chocolate cake mix and a can of pumpkin puree and all you taste is the chocolate.
