I am new to this site but have heard good things about it and decided to
give it a try. I started this weight loss journey last November and had lost 25
pounds by the first of May. I went on a couple of vacations, got off track and
have gained back 8 pounds. I'm hoping to find some motivation here to
help me lose those 8 pounds and 30 more!

  • Keep at it!! Don't just go for the 38....go for six pack abs....reach for the stars and you might at least end up with the moon and the sky right?
