I am new to this site but have heard good things about it and decided to
give it a try. I started this weight loss journey last November and had lost 25
pounds by the first of May. I went on a couple of vacations, got off track and
have gained back 8 pounds. I'm hoping to find some motivation here to
help me lose those 8 pounds and 30 more!

Keep at it!! Don't just go for the 38....go for six pack abs....reach for the stars and you might at least end up with the moon and the sky right?0
